Help keep our rice provinces stocked and be part of delivering 4 tonnes of rice each year
Support the world's smallest charity designed to help people inflicted with leprosy across Paralakhemundi
Help us respond to the major weather and health emergencies that affect our community
Be a part of our special projects such as operation G.O.A.T and our sanitation program
Hand lights are very much needed in case of power cuts, and in August 2021, each member of the community received one.
In December 2021, just before Christmas, we held an amazing cinema and Indian food fundraiser at the Hillcrest Centre Newhaven. The local community there were amazing and we raised money to buy around 10 goats to start a goat project with our group .
Here's the first 6 ladies (kids), they had an interesting time travelling in a tuk tuk together with their herder. They will be taken to the hills to graze and live a free range life. We are hoping for some kids though !
We are a small group of volunteers, which means that we can make decisions that can be put into action with velocity. There are no administration costs, so every penny raised goes directly to the people in need. We have regular Skype calls with the community to get connected and assess their needs.
Each month we transfer funds to the community to pay for food and much needed medicine. We also use funds for projects such as a water tank and plumbing, cooking pots, plant pots, goats so the community can grow its own vegetables, lights and doors for the toilets and much more.
